MsgZoo provides users with the ability to read and submit content at the website (https://msgzoo.com/) subject to the following Terms. These Terms may change at any time without prior notice.

In these Terms when the name MsgZoo or the terms, we, our, or us are used, we are referring to MsgZoo.

MsgZoo provides an anonymous message platform of a nature described at its website.  You can read and post discussions via our websites for the purpose of general information only.

“Your Comment” posts are not moderated and are not intended to be used as the basis for any personal investment decision. MsgZoo is not responsible for the content of user messages.

 

3) User Responsibility and Conduct

 

By accepting these Terms you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any content. You agree that you may not rely on any content contained within MsgZoo messages, comments and replies.

You also agree not to post any material to the forums or comments that violate local, state, federal or international law, defame or abuse any third party or distribute copyrighted material. Specifically you agree not to post indecent language or any expressions of discrimination, whether racial, religious, sexual or political.

 

4) Disclosure and warnings to people who view postings

 

(a) MsgZoo does not endorse or vouch for the accuracy or authenticity of postings;

(b) Postings are at best general information, not professional advice. Therefore, before acting on the basis of what is said in a posting, you should consider consulting a licensed adviser.

(c) People making postings are individually responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their postings;

By accepting these terms and submitting content you agree to grant MsgZoo a license to display or syndicate, in any form, any content you post on the MsgZoo site and that all user content will be destroyed and all records removed from the website after the expiry time set by the posting user has been exceeded.

 

6) Content Deletion & Destruction

 

You accept that MsgZoo may delete content at any time before the expiry time set by the posting user has been exceeded at it's own discretion and it is your own responsibility to keep your own record of any content you may contribute that you wish to keep.

 

7) Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold MsgZoo, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to any claim by a third party for defamation, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

8) Termination

 

You agree that MsgZoo may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate access to the MsgZoo website, messages, comments, replies and or the abilty to post new content. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to breaches of applicable law, these terms or other incorporated conditions, agreements or guidelines.
